Revolutionizing user interfaces: Conversational UI Platform of Unless

In 2017, we set out on a mission to make interactions between humans and technology feel more natural. Since then, our vision has been to create user interfaces that feel like a conversation rather than a one-way interaction.

Our journey started with predictive personalization, where we used machine learning and CRM data to predict the state of mind of website visitors to make user interfaces respond in a highly personalized way. While this approach worked well for small businesses, we discovered quickly that bigger companies were hesitant to leave their brand image in the hands of an algorithm.

We then shifted our strategy to offer more contained, drop-in UI components that allowed larger organizations to embed well-marked sections in their websites instead. This powerful technology evolved into an easy way for non-technical personnel to add new features and extend the functionality of any existing interface. In combination with our state-of-the-art privacy protection, this resonated very well with more sizable corporations.

But… it wasn't until this year that we truly revolutionized the way users can interact with existing websites and dashboards. With a generative AI that can be trained in minutes to become an expert in your domain, all Unless components became conversation-aware entities, taking us closer to our vision of providing conversational user interfaces to anyone.

With this step, the Unless platform improved significantly. With the Conversational UI platform that we released now, businesses of all sizes can equip their websites and dashboards with contextual assistance, offer 24/7 customer support with personalized self-service agents, and enable their teams to navigate complex documentation on human terms - using any of the 120+ component templates that we offer.

As you may expect from a no-code platform, this can all be done without technical expertise. However, the best part may be that we managed to extend our privacy and security policies into the realm of AI as well. Our AI Privacy Safeguard system ensures that no personal information ever reaches your AI model, and our AI models and platform are hosted in the EU to comply with GDPR regulations.

A final note to our current clients: the latest edition of the Unless platform doesn't replace your existing features or agreements. You're still able to enjoy the functions that you love, and you'll be given the chance to experiment with the new AI features free of cost. If you choose to do so, you can then upgrade your plan - opening up many new opportunities. Details about the upgrade path will soon follow.
