Integration

Google drive

Pull your Google drive knowledge base articles into Unless to use as sources for your AI.

When preparing content for your AI, you can use different data sources. Out of the box, we can ingest your website content, you can upload PDFs, and manually create FAQ entries. Now with our direct Google drive integration, it is possible to directly pull documents from Google drive and use them as source material for your AI to search, retrieve, and formulate answers with.

Before continuing, please read the required Third Party Usage Policy for Google Drive integrations.

Security Notice

Create a dedicated Google account for this integration rather than connecting your primary account. This limits access to only the specific folders you choose to share, enhancing security and data protection. Do not directly connect your own Google account.

How to integrate

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Google drive integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Google drive account and set up the integration. Once the integration is active, you'll find a new "Add Google drive documents" option in the "Add training source" dropdown in the AI zone.
